GALLERIA ON THE PARK 2 | SOUTH TOWER
Introducing Galleria on the Park, a master-planned city park community on the new Dupont, by ELAD Canada.
Galleria fuses urban living with a massive park, public spaces, lifestyle experience, exceptional retail and innovative office space.
A celebration of people who have forged a cultural district of its own - one that’s warm and welcoming, colorful and curious, bold and ambitious.
Enjoy every new activity and event right here in a community living, working and growing as one.
Galleria On the Park, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects was approved for rezoning earlier this year, and includes over 3,400 new about 3,000 dwelling units, planned across eight mixed-use towers, along with plenty of retail space, a new brand Wallace Emerson Community Center and a new park.
Condos On The Park
Situated at Dufferin and Dupont, Galleria on the Park offers a modern urban lifestyle. This new condominium development will overlook an extended and reconfigured Wallace Emerson park.
Creativity At Work
Look forward to approximately 20,000 sq.ft. of office space tailored to meet the demands of the rising creative and tech booms in the city, Groceries store, shops, national banks, restaurants and cafe’s. A heightened design focus, applied to layout and flow, blends modern convenience with creativity.
New community Center
Expansion plans include doubling the size of the community center to 95,000 sq. ft., making it one of the largest in the city.
Expanding the park to nearly 8 acres, with added infrastructure including cycling lanes, it’s no wonder this new community will be the center of activity in Central West Toronto. Designed by Public Works, the park is segmented into three main "character areas," all of them connected by paths and trails.
