PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Project Highlights:
Location
Situated at Dufferin & Dupont, Galleria on the Park offers a modern urban lifestyle. This new master planned community will overlook an extended and reconfigured Wallace Emerson Park.
Master-Planned Community
Galleria On the Park, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects was approved for rezoning earlier this year, and includes over 3,400 new about 3,000 dwelling units, planned across eight mixed-use towers, along with plenty of retail space, a new brand Wallace Emerson Community Center and a new
park.
Creativity At Work
Look forward to approximately 20,000 sq.ft. of office space tailored to meet the demands of the rising creative and tech booms in the city, Groceries store, shops, national banks, restaurants and cafe’s. A heightened design focus, applied to layout and flow, blends modern convenience with creativity.
New community Center
Expansion plans include doubling the size of the community center to 95,000 sq. ft., making it one of the largest in the city.
New Park
Expanding the park to nearly 8 acres, with added infrastructure including cycling lanes, it’s no wonder this new community will be the center of activity in Central West Toronto. Designed by Public Works, the park is segmented into three main "character areas" all of them connected by paths and trails.
Neighborhood
The Dupont & Dufferin neighbourhood is well known for its creativity and giving voice to artistic expression. Its many green spaces and revamped brick factories create the ideal mix for one of Toronto’s most vibrant communities. It’s an open celebration of the convergence of all types of
culture.
Residents
Galleria on the Park will bring premium lifestyle experiences to more than 6,000 residents living in eight architecturally distinct high-rise towers.
Retail
With nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, Galleria on the Park offers a fresh look at the retail experience to complement existing favourites. Drawing inspiration from the artisanal renaissance in the area, the planned retail reflects the original and specialty offerings that make them one of the main attractions in Toronto’s new Dupont.
Shopping & Dining
Makers of all kind fill its spaces and add unique flavour with breweries, galleries, studios, fashion, bistros, restaurants and enterprises. Galleria on the Park's planned condominiums, retail and office space serve only to further enrich an already vibrant neighbourhood. With Ubisoft and other high-tech players already here, the next generation of creators joins the
artisanal movement in capturing the imagination of the entire city.
Transit
Residents will be steps away from TTC bus routes and just a short walk from the subway and streetcars.
Educational Institutions
There are several primary and secondary schools within walking distance making Galleria on the park a great choice for families. George Brown College and UofT are easily accessible by transit.
